Write XML
Saves the table as an XML file with one element per row. Both element names are up to you.
Also known as: XML feed
How it works
Type the XML file name (output.xml by default) and pick a Location; blank means the project folder. Root element names the element that wraps the document (rows by default) and Row element the element written once per row (row by default); each column becomes a child element of the row. The write fails if the file already exists unless you tick Overwrite if the file already exists. Write formatted values writes values as they print upstream instead of raw numbers. The written file is passed on downstream as a File.

Settings
The Attributes panel of Write XML, as in the app: the controls work, but nothing runs — there is no data behind it.
The same settings, as the Assistant writes them
{
fileName: string
directory?: string
rootElement?: string
rowElement?: string
overwrite?: boolean
formatValues?: boolean
}fileName is a basename, e.g. "sales.xml"; directory empty = the project folder; rootElement wraps the document (default "rows"), rowElement each row (default "row"); overwrite off (default) fails rather than replacing an existing file
Example
An accounting system imports invoices as XML. Set Root element to invoices and Row element to invoice, so a table with id and total columns is written as:
<invoices><invoice><id>1042</id><total>99.5</total></invoice>...</invoices>
