Coming from another tool

If you already know a data tool, you know most of Locra. A workflow is a graph of steps on a canvas, each step is a node, and you look at any step's output to check your work. These pages map the names you know onto the nodes and commands here.

You don't have to learn the new names first. Right-click the canvas to open the add-node menu, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), and type the name from your old tool. The matching Locra node shows a chip such as KNIME: GroupBy or Power Query: Merge Queries, so you see both names side by side. In the ⌘K search, command names work too: typing Execute finds Run. If Locra has no equivalent, the menu says so and suggests what to do instead.
