Privacy policy
This policy covers the website at locra.ai (and the domains that redirect to it): what it collects, why, where it is kept and how you can have it removed. The Locra desktop app is separate — it runs on your own machines and your data does not leave them; this page is only about the website.

What we collect
1. Your email address, if you join the waitlist
When you submit the early-access form we store your email address, which form you used (for example the home page or the logistics page) and the time you signed up. Nothing else — no name, no company, no tracking identifiers.
- Why: to tell you when early access opens and send launch news. Nothing else, and never sold or shared for marketing.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we delete the address.
- Where: our own database on Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
- How long: until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed, whichever comes first. Encrypted database backups are kept for 30 days, so a deleted address disappears from backups within that time.
2. Analytics cookies, only if you accept them
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which campaigns or links brought them here. It runs only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you click “Reject”, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
- What Google receives: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example a link with a campaign tag), a random visitor identifier, and general device information such as browser, screen size and approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. If you join the waitlist we record that a signup happened — never your email address.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej) for storing cookies on your device.
- Who processes it: Google Ireland Limited, as our processor. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- How long: Google keeps event data for 14 months.
- Changing your mind: use Cookie settings (also in every page footer). Rejecting deletes the analytics cookies already set.
3. Technical data needed to serve the site
Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages (Amazon CloudFront) and our API see your IP address and browser details while handling each request. We use them only to deliver the pages, protect the service from abuse and fix errors, and we do not keep request logs that identify visitors.

Who else handles the data
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — hosting of the website and the database, in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics, only with your consent.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling that affects you.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, a copy of it, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing that happened before. Email privacy@daedalus-labs.org; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
