EU Parcels

Fetches open land-parcel outlines and parcel references for Poland, France, Spain or the Netherlands: inside a box, at a point, or by parcel reference, depending on the country. Geometry and references only, never ownership data.

Also known as: Cadastre, land registry

How it works

Country picks the national service: Poland (GUGiK ULDK), France, Spain or the Netherlands. Find parcels by depends on the country: Poland answers a Point (lon/lat) or a Parcel reference, France a point or a Bounding box, Spain and the Netherlands a bounding box only. A point returns the parcel containing it. A fresh node is set to Poland by point. Whatever the country, the rows are normalised to parcel_ref, geom and area_m2; ownership is never fetched.

Settings

The Attributes panel of EU Parcels, as in the app: the controls work, but nothing runs — there is no data behind it.

The same settings, as the Assistant writes them
{
  country: "PL" | "FR" | "ES" | "NL"
  mode: "bbox" | "point" | "id"
  minLon?: string
  minLat?: string
  maxLon?: string
  maxLat?: string
  lon?: string
  lat?: string
  parcelId?: string
}

PL supports point/id only; ES and NL support bbox only; FR supports both

Example

The plot under a candidate site in Warsaw: Country Poland, Find parcels by Point (lon/lat), longitude 21.012, latitude 52.230. One row comes back with the parcel's reference, outline and area.
